Response: I'm glad you liked them. :) I've been collecting old photos myself. I want to collage them over an old dresser I have. Yup, I made the stars.
Response: I'm so glad they arrived! I went on to get your addy Monday & saw your rating. I had new ones ready to send, but I'm glad the first ones got to you, b/c these ones ended up with too many air bubbles. I wasn't very proud of them. :P
Response: I'm so glad both items arrived! :) It's funny that the bank got there so fast, but the tape took so much longer. The purple thing must have been fate. :) I just thought the purple bank looked better than any of the other colors, and I originally had another dollar store item to send but then thought it probably wouldn't mail well, so I sent the deco tape which I bought a bunch of a few weeks ago because it was on clearance for a dollar. :) I promise I'll be uploading your photos sometime soon (not that it really matters now, since you did receive everything). It's just that I have to do it on a different computer in a non-air conditioned room. :/ I hate summer. :P
Response: I'm glad you liked everything. I was hoping Jelly Bellies weren't distributed in Europe because I wanted to send something you haven't had before. :) They have probably hundreds of flavors. My favorite has always been buttered popcorn. I love all the fruity ones too, like pear, cantaloupe, grapefruit, etc. :)
Response: Wow, that got there super fast! I'm glad you liked it. :)
Response: Cool. :) If I was sure I'd be going out that way before the swap deadline, I would've stopped at this fun 5 & dime type store outside of Buffalo & got you something there. They have candy cigarettes & sen sen & sky bars & clove/blackjack/teaberry gum, & all that kind of stuff. :)
Response: I don't love pretzels, but I'll eat them sometimes. But the ones in Chex mix are so bland...they hardly even have any salt on them. I don't know why they even put them in there b/c the seasoning doesn't stick to them anyway. I usually crush them up and add some herbs/spices to use as bread crumbs for cooking or just toss them out for the birds & squirrels. :)
Response: Aw, don't feel guilty. :) I know I didn't have many newer ratings yet when your swap was up, and I still need to get my rating back up. I would have been leery if I was the swap host too. I'm glad you liked everything! :)
Response: You're welcome! :) My mom always had morning glories when I was a kid & my little sister used to pluck the flowers off, stick them on her nose & inhale. My mom would be annoyed, but then she couldn't help but laugh at her also (she was only pre-school-kindergarten age). :) I've also made perfume oils from lavender before...just soaking some lightly ground/mashed flowers/leaves in a little grapeseed oil in a mason jar for 1-2 weeks, then strain & transfer to a small glass container. It's so much better than any artificial scent. :)
Response: Yay! I'm glad you liked them. I got a great selection from my partner too. :)
Response: Hehe. No problem...I'm glad you enjoyed it! :) (Wow, that got there fast!)
Response: Awesome. :) I think chocolate always looks intriguing, no matter what kind it is. :)
Response: Yay, I'm glad you liked them. :)
Response: Awesome! I'm glad you loved everything. :)
Response: You're welcome! I almost bought those socks for myself too. I had to resist...I don't think I could fit any more in my drawer. I have a sock addiction. :)
Response: Woo, I love that you love it. No, I didn't do the needlepoint myself (that's one crafty thing I just don't have the patience for. :)) but I thought you'd like it. I'm so glad you loved everything! :)
Response: Ooooh, I'm *so* glad you love them! I tried putting brakes on them, but no matter how I drew it, it just didn't look right. You'll just have to be careful...haha. :) Roller derby kicks ass. :)
