Unfortunately, I'm sorry to give a 3 on this swap, but you didn't communicate that it would be sent late until 3 wks after the send-by deadline and then said that you forgot about it and asked for a couple more days due to a surgery. I do hope the surgery went well, but the lack of communication means I can't give a 5 here.
