Comment: 3-16-15 I rated a 3 because the mail deadline was Jan 12, 2015, and I sent a message 1-27-15 asking about the letter and then received the letter about a week later and the postmark was 1-29-15. Not sure if it was the original letter or a resend. other wise the letter met the swap requirements. I thought I had rated sooner and when I was double checking myself I realized I had not rated and didn't want to be a non-rater.
