Comment: On March 29, nine days after the swap deadline, Nora sent a message that she had just gotten back from outstation and had forgotten to mail the swap. She marked the swap 'sent' on the same day. Mind you, we live in the same country and her address is only 45 minutes away. On April 28, she once again messaged me the exact same excuse again, and that she would mail the swap the next day. I finally received it today with the envelope marked May 12. There was some nice items but I cannot rate a 5 for an envelope sent nearly two months late. Worst still, she as the swap host didn't even bother to follow her own rules.
