Comment: This is a rerate as requested by Pandagirl. I had originally rated Pandagirl a 3 for sending late. She wanted her zines back, sent a SASE and wanted a one instead. I have sent your zines back. If you are going to send two weeks late you should expect a 3. Yes she did message saying she was late but it did not state two weeks late. Messaging a partner saying you will be late does not automatically mean you will get a 5. The send date is a requirement of the swap. Sending extras does not make up for sending so late! I just rec'd your SASE today (8/23/10). I put your zines straight back out in the mail.
