Comment: I joined the ornament exchange and never received my ornament. I was told they had a family emergency. I understood and was going to allow extra time for my ornament to be sent, but seeing you sign up for other swaps when you haven't completed previous swaps is disheartening. You marked it as sent on December 12th, the same day you messaged me saying you would need more time to send it. The fact that you asked me to fill out my profile more to help you make me a meaningful ornament, but didn't even bother to actually send an ornament, really sends mixed messages.
