Comment: Since you sent me a message on July 10th saying you were sending it that night, and I didn't receive anything prior to that explaining that you were going to be late or why, I am rating you a 3 for not sending on time. The due date was June 28th, almost two weeks prior. Once I did get it though, it did meet the other requirements. I'm sorry to rate you a 3; in the future, I would advise letting people know if you are going to be late for some reason. Communication is always better than nothing.
