Response: This is the exact atc I wrote you about and asked whether it had arrived and you said yes so I didn’t do anything. Is there a reason you’ve now decided to give me a 1 without more communication? I’m totally bummed. 😞 Please look at my other rating comments and honestly consider whether that’s the type of swapper that would ever intentionally skip out on a swap?
