Comment: Did not mail until after the deadline. On top of that . . . Over half of the stamps were ruined and had to be thrown out!!! Stamps should have been soaked or left on the paper. A bunch were peeled off. Some of them were so thin that they are only half a stamp and a couple others still had their glue on the back, stuck to the other stamps in the envelope and ruined those! Only 11 (of the 25 required for the swap) were worth saving or reswapable. The rest were thrown out.
