Comment: UPDATE: Despite contacting you in the first week of December that the swap wasn't met and a promise to resend, nothing was sent until AFTER I finally rated a 3. Short letter (typed with my name handwritten in - if it's not a form letter, it does a very good job of looking like one!) and still no Christmas card (way past Christmas, I admit, but still, another card should've been sent in place of it then) which was postmarked on January 18th! Over a month after I contacted you and you send you'd send another letter and a Christmas card!
