Comment: Still no letter. I received no contact stating that it was going to be sent late and still have not received a "resend" letter. End date was the 16th. While mine was late (a day) i had contacted both you and my partner for inform of my tardiness. I received no such contact from you on my letter. While I understand life sometimes gets in the way, you as a coordinator of the swap should be the first to communicate any such issues. Lead by example right? At this point I have to rate a 1 with nothing received. I will re-rate if something received.
