Response: I am sorry for my reaction earlier, I guess it was me who overreacted to your 1 rating. Forgive me, as it is my first 1 rating, hence the reaction. Also, I just woke up when I logged into my computer, and I also encountered another member who messaged me rudely so I wasn't really feeling well about this. I guess I will just have to treat this as a learning experience. Again, I am sorry for the delay in sending and also my delay in messaging you for the delay. I had so much in my hands for the past few weeks and I really got delayed in sending all my pending swap items. If you think this is some kind of way for you to "punish" my "negligence" then I guess we can't do anything but wait for the postcard to arrive to you, right? So far, I have been a pretty OK swapper then things happened.

Response: Again, my apologies for sending late without being able to inform you. Being a newbie on Swap-bot, I thought it was perfectly fine and the rating will be changed into a 5 when the items are received. I had some trouble with all my swaps and mails during this time, but I promise this won't happen again.
