are there any limits to keep bad swappers out? (ie. ratings requirements etc?)

at the end of the swap if anyone has a rating of 1-3.5 I will question them, otherwise all are welcome.

You can send it out as soon as the partners are announced. It must be in the mail by the 10th

OK, I had sent my cards, after considering the average mailing duration... BUT... It is a 2-day holiday over here due to Chinese New Year... So the mail might reach after V-day...

I know this is my mistake... I'd forgotten about the holidays... I'm so sorry about that =(
