My Farewell Tote

The new year is fast approaching and it is time to rid ourselves of at least three (3) bad habits. You and I both know we simply cannot take these self destructive pals with us into 2012. So have a lay on my couch and I'll fill you in on the details......the tote symbolizes carried weight. You will fill a tote with items (3, minimum) for which you are bidding-a-do. Need to give up smoking? Fill the tote with an empty cigarette box. Struggle with unforgiveness? Include a letter of release addressed to that person (first name only). Angry? Write that word on a balloon. Finally gonna give up chocolate? PLEASE include that too. The possibilities (theraputic wise, anyway) are endless. And know this: when you ship your tote (which is sender's choice) RELEASE all that is in there and it shall never return. Everyone is invited to join as everyone has baggage! Happy new year!
