Description:

I had so much fun in the Zentangle II swap, I just had to do some more.

Now, I know traditionally Zentangles are black and white, but I thought how fun would it be to use several colors?

Zentangles are random doodles. Checkout www.zentangle.com for more info. You can't do them wrong! No worries you don't have to purchase the kit to be in my swap.

Details:

You will have 3 partners. You will send each partner 3 zentangles measuring 2.5" x 3.5". Use .5 art pens or markers to create. Use at least 3 different colored ink. Use thick white cardstock.

Sign up until Feb 1st. Mail to your partners by February 15th.

Please remember to rate your partners, but be patient. February 1st is a mail by date. Sometimes the mail can be slow if you are expecting a package from outside of your country. You will always be able to check out the postmark date if you have a question whether it was mailed on time. Also, the rating system is whether your partner followed the guidelines. It is not whether you like the design you got.

You must have a rating of 4.5 or higher.

Let's have fun!!!

I think they look cool. I browsed the site, and saw some nice things on flickr. Can you give a quick "How To"?

I'm looking forward to it.

a quick how-to: pick a pattern and do it for five minutes making random 'blocks' of each different tangle you see in the samples on flickr. One sample in particular has an excellent set of square type blocks that I have saved to my ART folder and will pull up to use as reference when it comes time to zentangle next. Hope this helps. Cheers

hi gang, i decided to download a bunch of images from flikr, then put them on a page in Word. Print it for my 'reference sheet' Then I can use a little square hole to choose out a pattern and use it....

will let you know how that works out...

These are really easy to do freehand. It is therapeutic i think. I have especially enjoyed the rainbow version.I hope you will do more zentangles in the future and please let me know when you do!
