Description:

Many of you probably know this but today I discovered that the little bag on a stick that the traditional 'hobo' carries his/her possessions in is called a bindle.

So for this swap you will be making your partner a bindle. The final size, appearance and construction of your partners bindle is entirely up to you. There are loads of items that can be used for the 'stick' and the parcel itself can be fabric, organza/cellophane bag, lace etc but must be attached nicely to the 'stick'.

PLEASE NOTE - The items that you construct your bindle out of (for example - a gel pen and felt piece tied with raffia) DO NOT count towards the scavenger hunt items that are to be included.

****Please DO NOT use a jazzed up stick from the garden if your partner to send to lives in Tasmania, just to be on the safe side***

You need to go a huntin' and find your partner:

  • something from your partners profile wishlist or like list

  • something sweet tasting

  • something handmade

  • something round

  • something blue

and pack it into their bindle. The bindle doesnt have to be large but must contain the above scavenger hunt items - lets get creative :)

AS always PLEASE check your partners profile for any allergies/ dislikes and aim to impress your partner.

I hope this all makes sense but please let me know below if you have any questions.

Happy Swapping
