Our Teenage Weekly Journal

My weeks are never the same with my teens. They are usually on their cell phones, playing games or making plans for the weekend.

For this swap, we will chose any week to monitor our teens. In the journal, we will give specific details on what type of activities they are doing.

Here are a few things to include inside the journal. Whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Time they awake/sleep, chores and how long it takes to complete, foods they eat, how long they are in/outside the house, homework, hobbies, friends, family time, telephone usuage or whatever information you want to include. Let's not forget dates and times. Thanks.
