Description:

We are creating a journal of printable projects. They will be "HOW TO MAKE PROJECTS".......

This should be a fun easy, simple journal. Great for someone new to Journaling. Or for old timers just wanting to have some fun and you do not have to be an artist with lots of drawings..

Newbies: YOU are welcome if you have completed and rated for 10
( Type 3: Crafts & Packages - any time-intensive craft swaps, any swaps sent in packages, most swaps will fall in this category.)

Everyone must have 4.95 or higher rating with no 1's or 3's in the last 6 months. Any Flakers will be posted and banned from other swaps. ( I will check ratings before assigning partners and reserve the right to ban anyone.)

Okay here are the details..

The whole idea is to print these from the INTERNET. And we are going to "print out " a minium of 10 and send them to our partner in a journal. (you do not need to buy a book)

  • Find 10 or more.. How to Make... Craft / Art type projects.. (The projects should be something that could possibly be used in a swap) There should be a step by step process showing you how to create something...

  • Beyond the 10 projects, you can add anything you want.. Such as Organizational Ideas, Word games, Victorian Images, Art posters, Tags, Paperdoll images, Journal prompts... Quotes etc. (but not required)

  • There should be a variety.. Example: envelopes, polymer clay, drawing, paper crafts... 3 - D assemblabe.. Green Repurposed.. Sewing.. Quilting, Dolls, Painting.. and sooooooooo on.. Sender choice..

  • You do not have to use a journal book.. You can simply print out the project sheets add a simple front and back cover with scrapbook paper or a design of your own .. Staple it together and there you have it. We want to keep the cost "D O W N"... : )

  • Size = Standard sheet of paper.. 8 1/2 x 11"

  • This is not hand written.. Or copied from a book,, or something you typed up .........It is copied from an INTERNET SITE... Okay to leave the site address on your printed page. No need to remove it. Though the address is not required..

  • Pictures are not required.. (but nice to have if available)

  • More than one project idea can be on a page with "FULL" details of how to create the project with plenty of space between projects. (You want to leave a little room so that your partner could write a comment about or journal about the project, likes/dislikes, alternate materials.) Don't crowd things together and cause confusion.

  • You can print in black and white or color. Your choice.

  • Somewhere on the back cover...Put your swap information.

  • Front and back cover is required. Decorating it is optional.. No loose pages. Use staples, sew it, brads or something to hold it together.

THE WHOLE IDEA: is to have fun exploring the WORLD WIDE WEB.. .. Plus you will have lots of ideas to refer back to at a later date.

When partners are assigned. please look at their profiles to see if there is something they do not want to have in a swap.. Example.. some people do not want the use of skeletons, religion, or animal products in a swap..

Use standard rating system : 5 = received swap 3 = swap did not meet guidelines 1 = Never received swap. (Rating Required) (You can not rate a 3 just because you don't like the types of projects.)
