Description:
This month, we will use the color palette of Edouard Manet, in Lillacs and Roses, for our with one palette challenge. You will make one artwork using the colors contained in Manet's Lilacs and Roses, for your one partner. Minimum size is ATC (2.5 x 3.5) but you can create up to 11 x 17. You do not have to create your art work, in the style of the monthly artist, simply use the color palette of the painting. However, the style of your artwork is sender's choice, so if you choose to try her/his style out, you certainly are welcome to. I think that would be cool also. Lillacs and Roses Have fun. As always, only original works of art created by you, the artist. Please sign and date your work. Please remember monitors vary.

I cancelled the O'Keefe color palette as there was no interest. Hopefully Manet will inspire you. I'm also open to suggestions. :)

How about Australian artist Ken Done or Brett Whitely-Lavender Bay series.
