I haven't been on for a long time and didn't realize how low a 3 could be... boosting it up to a 4.5 and my expectations were for them to be handmade, blank inside,with an envelope. Thanks for asking these important questions.. I did this late one night from my bed after searching pinterest and got a creative bug.
