Hi everyone!

One of the things I love doing are easy little magazine collages. I create the little collages because I find them good pre-art exercises.

For this swap we will be creating a 26 page magazine collage for our partner. Each page must have a subject starting with a letter of the alphabet, from A - Z and must be bound together in alphabetical order.

The size of each page will be a minimum of 4" x 6". (If you collage both sides, you will need 13 base pages.) Pages need to be completely covered with images/pieces from magazines. You can cut or tear your images, sometimes I find tearng to be so theraputic, lol!

You also need to include a note about each page, so your partner knows what each pages' theme is.

Some ideas for pages are: Apples, Buttons, Cars, you can use colors, really any theme you wish on each page is game!

You are not required to create a cover, but it sure would be nice!

Requirments

  • Rating of 4.7 or higher

  • No no-sends

  • Open to International Participants!

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate in asking :)

Hi all :)

Just to give you all an idea, I am doing my collage in an old hardcover book. It is about 6" x 8". I used a glue stick to glue groups of pages together, like you would if you were going to alter the book.

I plan on making a nice cover for it as well!
