Description:

How many of you live in Arizona, and love to collect postcards, and you like them written on and stamped? But since you live in AZ you dont have too many stamped and written on cards. I mean who is going to send you an AZ postcard for your collection?

So for this swap we will send Arizona postcards to each other.

You do not need to live in AZ to play but the postcard must clearly be from Arizona. If you send Dessert in bloom cards make sure it is AZ not CA. The postcard must have the word Arizona or AZ printed on it somewhere. The postcard manufacturer needs to have printed it, you can not print it on yourself.

Write something about AZ or yourself or the Postcard in the message area.

Tell a friend about this swap.

I've thought about doing this swap myself in the past but never got around to it. Thanks for hosting!!

Are vintage cards OK? I have a lot of Grand canyon and cactus postcards I can swap if the vintage are allowed.

Yes vintage are fine too. Just needs to have Arizona Printed on it.

I will do Washington state and Colorado state next. Maybe Michigan and New Hampshire.

Have you thought about trying to do all 50 states?

I'm in! WhooHoo! I just went to Kingman this past week-end, and I got several Route 66 post cards! I also got some Mike O'Callaghan-Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge Hoover Dam pc's; the bridge that connects Arizona and Nevada.

I host as many state swaps as I have blank cards to trade, I will have to look at my postcard swap.

Ya know, I have actually sent an NC card to a fellow Tar Heel. And my very first Postcrossing card was from 2 hours up the road. I could have bought it myself at the drugstore. But this is a great idea. And since I have some AZ cards, I'm in.

I have to laugh cause at this point I am the only swapper from Arizona in this swap. Which is of course not a problem as long as you have 2 AZ cards to share. BTW if you send me a friend request you can find me easier to find the other State swaps. Wisconsin will be next right after this closes. Thanks for joining
