Ok, I give it a go again.

For this swap you will have 1 partner. You will send a package, which include:

  • Handwritten letter about your weight problems (since when you've been overweight, how you tried to lose weight, your diet, your weight loss plan, your workouts, your ups and downs, and whatever you think you should write about). Your letter should be at least one both side A4 (8.3 x 11.7 inches) sheet.

  • Recipe you like the best for weight loss. It may be written or typed, it's sender's choice.

  • Snack. Send at least one snack, which you eat for weight loss. It must be non-perishable food. Keep in mind that your package can travel for 2 months! :) Foiled snacks are the best for this swap. Please note that it should be exactly a snack, not a beverage.

I'm afraid, people with allergies should stay away from this swap, because sender will send the snack that they eat themselves. And sender should not check their partner's profile for dislikes and allergies. The whole idea is to share YOUR experience and a piece of YOUR menu.

Swap requirements:

  • You must have 5 type 3 completed swaps and have been rated for them.

  • 4.90 and higher rating is required.

  • No recent/unexplained low ratings.

Ooo the 1st swap was so much fun :) Perhaps we could have a theme (for our snack n recipe maybe) for each swap? Else after awhile it might feel like we're sending out the same stuff.. lol. just an idea though.. still love this swap :D
