Description:

Using white or light colored cardstock cut for an ATC, you will chalk the entire front. Now stamp an image using Versa Mark. Using the same color of chalk, reapply the chalk over the entire ATC. The Versa Mark will pick up the chalk.

I just learned from @thebragal that the traditional way to do this technique is not to chalk it the first time. Just stamp with the Versa Mark & then chalk.

So, either way is fine. It is up to you.

Two partners will each receive one ATC. I love this technique.

I tried to take a picture of my sample but it didn't work. I will try again using darker chalk & post the picture if it works out.

Couldn't we just do any technique using versamark and chalk? I'm not sure I want to do it the way described above but the traditional way was the thing that got me started stamping and its been way too long since I used it.

I will PM you because I am not sure what you mean by the traditional way.

Which versamark ink, embossing, watermark, coloured. If so can you use other brand embossing ink. Versamark embossing pens?

What you would use for embossing. You could use a pen if it stays wet & sticky long enough to hold onto the chalk. I have only used the ink pad.

Thanks..my embossing pad..(Distress) is very wet and smears..Good excuse to get a different brand. Have a nice day :)
