Swap categories: Food
Number of people in swap:7
Location:International
Type:Type 3: Package or craft
Rating requirement:4.50 (unrated swappers allowed)
Last day to signup/drop:July 15, 2013
Date items must be sent by:July 27, 2013
Number of swap partners:1
Description:

This swap is all about chocolate.

What to send:

  1. Your most favorite chocolate bar, ( no candybar!) white, milk or
dark chocolate There can be raisins , pepper etc in it but it has to be solid

  2. a small unopened bag with little chocolates, senders choice (again no candybars). It doesn't have to be a sealed bag since sometimes the local bakery closes them with a clip. that's fine as well.

include a note why you choose those two kinds of chocolate and your swapname.

How to send:

You have to wrap it together like a present.
wrap your chocolate in aluminium foil ,
put it in a plastic bag,
close firmly and put it in a bubblemailer.
that way every person has the biggest chance
to get the bar undamaged and not melted
add a small card with your motivation to send
 these two types.

What else:

- You can write your prefered type of chocolate in the
  comments ( white/milk/dark)
THE SENDER IS NOT LIMITED TO THIS
and this should not effect your rating.
Do not join if you are unable to send it out
before the end date of the swap
I will check all profiles, recent 1's will be banned
I set an automatic rating requiermentsfilter @ 4.50
 I'm sorry
 Newbies are welcome ,
But when your profile is not filled out
I will ban you from the swap.

Happy swapping everyone, hope you all enjoy your chocolate!

Do you have a example of a candybar and chocolate bar of a picture?

Gingerlei 07/10/2013 #

I love chocolate, but it is 110°+F (44°C) here for the rest of the summer. My swap partner and I would both get a big blob.

I agree, with all good conscience, I could not send or ask to receive a chocolate candy or even a chocolate bar at this time. @Bethebestyoucan could we send an empty wrapper with some cash to buy the same type of bar?

There is just no way a chocolate bar would make it all day in the mail truck, I had some sitting in the car for less than an hour and it melted. And this is the chocolate bards we find at the herb/better stores.

@gingerlei and @fawnscrafts

What if you wrap it in aluminium foil, pack it airtight and and after that in bubble envelope?

that should do the trick :)
