PENPAL IN A BOX SURVIVAL KIT

If you could stuff yourself in a box, and mail yourself to your new pen pal, what favorite things would you take along to survive life in a whole new environment? This question you will answer in this fun PENPAL IN A BOX Swap Challenge.

Here's how to play:

1. You will need at least a 6" x 6" box. It can be larger or smaller depending on what you will need to survive.

2. You will include a caracature of yourself ie. a self-portrait drawing or painting (it does not have to be a full body picture, it could be of your face); or an atc with your face drawn on it; or a wire sculpture of you or a junk sculpture of you (a junk sculpture? Take anything you can find, nails, spools from thread, wire and make it into a caracature of you). You do NOT have to be a great artist, I'm not, so expect your drawings, paintings to be rough or even stick figure!

3. Include a sample of your favorite type of craft.

4. Include a sample of something you can't live without, for instance if you're hooked on reading, include a copy of your favorite book.

5. Include a sample of your favorite food. Say for instance you love baked beans, send a small box of Boston baked beans candy. You could also send a menu from your favorite restaurant. Be creative!

6. Most importantly include an introduction letter (2 pages at least)that would include:

Your name

A bit about where you're from

A bit about your family

A bit about your future dreams and goals

A bit about what you would need to survive if you really were in that box including a mention of all the things you included in the box,

In order to help me live my best life, I need the following things to survive (then tell your partner why these things are important to you or are your favorites!)

The Fine Print: Only serious swappers need apply. This would be impossible to angel, so only sign-up if you have time to gather all items and write at least a 2 page introductory letter. YOU MUST HAVE BEEN RATED ON AT LEAST 5 SWAPS AND HAVE A 4.8 rating or above. INTERNATIONALS ARE WELCOME so make sure you pack light!
