Description: | |
I came across some insect postcards at our nature center and decided to create this swap. You will pick a new, store bought, Etsy or well-made Zazzle card that has an insect on it. NO Handmade! NO SPIDERS!! This is a buggy swap and spiders are arachnids if we are getting technical. You will have one partner. This is an International swap. If someone wants to do a USA only feel free to steal. I have had these insect cards for a long time and have never had an opportunity to use them. If you are terrified of bugs this is not a swap for you. The bugs can be real or cartoon and there can be more than one bug on the card. Again, do not join if you have an insect phobia. Insect ideas- Praying Mantis, Ladybug, grasshopper, cricket, Moth, Butterfly, horned beetle, beetles, dragonflies, flies, caterpillar.. etc.. Send your card naked and write a little note on the back for your partner. Something more than just “hi†or “best wishesâ€. You can write about insects that terrify you. Your favorite insect. Why you chose that card etc… Don’t forget to write the name of the swap on the card with your name. Please remember to rate your partner in a timely fashion. I can angel in necessary but I hope it will not come to that. If you have been flaked on please rate accordingly and let me know. *** I changed this to one card/one partner because it turns out that insect cards are hard to find!! |
