Word for the year Swap

I follow a blogger who also has online classes. She has a concept of choosing a word for the year. Half way through 2013 I decided to choose the word "Trust" because I was going through some anxiety issues dealing with my son,his diagnosis,his struggles as an adult child. My word choice was in Trusting God-not myself not anyone but God.

You will have one partner. Think about a word you will choose for 2014, and tell your partner why you chose this word. Write them a note, and if you are so inclined do something arty using that word, and send that to her in the swap.

I think I'm going to choose JOY for my word because I have noticed a negativity in my dealings with my son and often my husband. JOY should bring an attitude adjustment if I think on this word. Here is a link to a blog that inspires others to choose a word. click here

I would like to see us use an attribute of God or something spiritual that will draw us nearer to God in this year. Hopefully you will prayerfully think about YOUR word in the next couple of weeks.
