Description:

The title says all! Do you have any fitness goals you'd like to accomplish? Losing weight, toning up, just eating better in general, trying to get to the gym more often, cutting down on sodium/sugar/wheat/whatever.. You name it. If you have a health goal and feel like making it a priority for the next month, please join in! :)

Every day between June 1st-June 30th you will write a journal entry centering around your day in terms of fitness. Every day your journal MUST have:

  • Food you ate that day (along with drinks with calories)
  • Exercise you did (besides work. :P )
  • Your main fitness goal (Yes, write it down every day!)
  • How your day went. Did you face any food temptations? Did you miss out on exercise? Did you stress eat? Etc.
  • Date every entry

Your entries can be as long as you would like them to be as long as they fit in your notebook. You can pick out any kind of notebook you'd like, just make sure it has enough pages and you can fit all of the required info in it. You don't have to decorate it or anything if you don't want to. After all, this is all about the content and not the cover. :)

On June 30th, you will write your final entry, and will have a week to package it up and ship it to your partner. Please package it so you know it won't get damaged. This is not a travelling journal, so just know it probably won't get sent back to you. The point of this swap is to see someone else's experience and maybe get some inspiration! :)

Now for the boring (but very important) part. Sorry, this swap isn't for newbies. You must have at least 20 rated type three swaps to participate, and no lower than a 4.9 rating. No exceptions. I have banned people from my swaps in the past, and I hate doing it, but rules are rules! Just a heads up, late senders that don't communicate with who they're sending to or me will be banned from my future swaps! Please feel free to ask questions! Are you wanting the calorie count on every food/drink or as much as possible? I've never been good at calorie tracking- it tends to make me a bit crazy. ;)

The calorie count isn't necessary. I go crazy when tracking them too, lol! Just a record of what you are is fine; it doesn't need the precise ingredients either, just don't be too vague. :)

For example..

Breakfast: Oatmeal with fruit Lunch: Veggie and hummus sandwich Dinner: Grilled chicken breast w / brown rice and veggies Snacks: String cheese, hard boiled egg, etc.

If you want to get detailed for your partner, that's great, but not necessary. :)

Better health journal challenge is faced by everyone nowadays as everyone wants good health without more effort. There is a structured sober living near me where I have seen many peoples get addicted to drugs and alcoholism first, but now they are willing to leave their death-chasing habit as soon as possible.
