Recipes from your country/region

My boyfriend loves cooking foreign food and he asked if I could start a swap for recipes from your country/region :)

So here´s the deal: you send your partner one meat course recipe, one vegetarian course recipe and one dessert recipe. Send traditional recipes with ingredients that can be found almost in every country.

You can decorate recipes and tell about the history of the courses. Add some extra related to theme if you want to earn your heart :)
