Send 1 Starter Set to 1 Partner that features the Eiffel Tower. Create a set of Starter Jams (3 ATCs) with a background and an image of the Eiffel Tower. Once you have received your Eiffel Tower Starter Set you will rate your partner for sending, add your touches keeping with the Theme and then send them out to someone on the Current Address List for them to complete. **Please note: The person who completes the Jam will not be rated.
