Altho this swap has two Halloween componets 13 & eyes it is not a Halloween swap. Which means you are not obligated to include all, any if at all halloween motifs. Altho the perfect setting for this swap is Halloween which is when all the "eyes" pop up on the market.

Send your lovely partner 13 eyes. Must be 13 separate, individual pieces.

Lets talk about the eye. It can be a "single eye" OR the 'third' eye which is typically shown above the 2 normal eyes OR one more variety which I'll include because it will make it easier for some is a picture of an entity with multiple eyes which counts as one eye. For example:
