Really easy uplifting swap! I just saw a video of a student in the USA who responded to bullies by sticking a positive post-it note on all her fellow students' lockers and I thought it was a really great idea! For this swap, you will send at least 10 post-it notes to your partner, each with a positive message on. When you receive the post-its, you can either spread the love - stick them up at work, sneak them onto the mirror in your friends bathroom, your partners lunchbox, public bathrooms... or keep them for yourself and stick them all over your house! You can prepare your post-its in advance so should be a quick and easy swap :) It would be nice to leave a comment when rating to let them know where you chose to stick your post-it notes
