AQ design me an apron! USA 3-1-15 thru 3-31-15 --one partner --one apron for that partner Requirements for each apron: --one pocket --apron should cover above and below the waist (not just the bottom half) We are designing and making our own aprons in the quilting bee at church and I thought why not swap for the same thing! I love aprons because I am messy and besides that aprons can be so cute! Kitchen aprons, crafting aprons or even gardening aprons are so much fun! Using your best imaginative skills create and send your partner an apron you designed from clues you found in her profile. Example, I love to go fishing with my grandsons so maybe someone would make me a fish fabric apron with a fish shaped pocket or put fish buttons on the pocket. (hint, hint!) Read your partners profile and from the information you find there create them an apron you designed. Maybe they love polka dots so create them an apron from polka dotted fabric. Maybe they love catsΓ’β¬Β¦.get the idea?! If you donΓ’β¬β’t feel comfortable enough to design the entire apron by yourself and would like to use a pattern for the base and then embellish in your own creative way that will work as well! As long as the apron is based on information you found in your partners profile. Feel free to use buttons, lace, trim, contrasting fabrics, embroidery and any other embellishments you think fit the theme of the apron you create. Have fun being artistic by creating your own one-of-a-kind apron for your partner! |
