This is the international version. To save on the cost of postage, we will send 3 ATCs to one partner. The idea is to use at least one postage stamp on each card that are animals in the sea, or ships/boats on the sea or light house by the sea. Mix and match as your creative muse moves you. We dont dicker about fresh water, or salt water. I mean who can tell sometimes where the fish on the stamp makes it home. This is senders choice and you may get started any time. Your 3 cards need to vary beyond just having a different postage stamp. They can coordinate, but please let your art be more than gluing on an used postage stamp onto the same background. I hope you understand the difference between 3 cards that coordinate or look like a set and 3 cards that are the same with a different stamp on it. BTW, No they don't have to coordinate Be creative, do layers, add ink, or a rubber stamped image, or emboss, or fibers, or embellishments, a boarder, washi tape, paint, various papers on the background. Use words or found poetry. Make something fun and beautiful. ATC cards measure 2.5 x 3.5 and have a firm backing. Firm backing is either chipboard or the firmness of a playing card or trading card. If your cards flaps in the wind when you hold it and shake it the paper is too thin. The back of your cards needs at least your name, your nickname, at least some contact info. Other things you can add are: the date, swap-bot, the group name: All about ATC, title, mediums used. Number of the card such as 1/1, 1/5. I will angel this swap, but will remove anyone who has a recent or valid 1 or 3 rating to reduce the flaking. Some of group members have some very unfair 1s and 3s on their profile, and they are very good swappers. Please check with your local Post Office for the cost of mailing for your country. This should weigh under one OZ for the 3 cards. I do not know all the postal rules for other countries. Just the USA. |
