After the last sign up date, you will have only one week within which you have to post the envelope.

Requirements: Newbies with atleast well filled out profiles and minimum 5 of each Type2, Type3 will be allowed. No recent ones or threes. Partners must have been logged in atleast 1 day before I assign partners. I will go through all profiles before assigning partners.
