The name of our group is Green Witches Esoterica. There are other Green Witches like in Oz or Wicked. Green for us means greening of the land, greening of our lives refers to transforming them.

Green witches of Hallows represent a fearful, hag-looking image. Toothless, raggedy hair, green faces. Scary. Or meant to be. What this image represents is what happened to our witch ancestors when they were imprisoned, beaten, tortured, starved or fed rancid food, isolated and made to confess all sorts of crimes. Of course, she was full of fear. It shows on her face for us all to see. Imagine she is in chains and on her knees barely holding on.
