Description:

For this swap I will provide some writing prompts then you will write a response for each prompt in the form of a letter, a notecard, memo paper, postcards, mini journal, whatever you want to write on. You will send your answers to one partner. You can type your responses if you prefer, as well. Feel free to decorate whatever you choose to write on to make it fun for your partner to read.

Prompts:

  1. Tell a little about each of your dogs, past and present. Breeds/names/personality/etc...

  2. What is funny story about your current dog(s)?

  3. How did you choose your current dog(s)? Or how did they choose you?

  4. Does your dog(s) do any tricks? Which ones? How did you train them?

  5. Draw a rough sketch of your dog(s). You do not have to be an artist. If you have no drawing ability, you can even draw a stick doggy!

  6. Do you ever dress your pups? If so what is the best costume/outfit they have worn?

  7. List the ways in which your dog has brought you happiness or reasons that you are grateful for your pups.

  8. Has your dog ever brought you a "present"? What is the weirdest/funniest/grossest "present" your dog has ever brought you?

  9. Do you make your own dog treats? If so, share a recipe. If not, what kind of treats does your pup enjoy most?

  10. How did you name your dog(s)? What are some names you thought about but didn't choose?

Lots of good prompts but it would take me too long to complete.

Oh that's too bad. We'd love to hear your doggie stories :)
