Tape the cap on with packing tape, the post office must be able to see there is no liquid in the bottle. If you are concerned, put it in a padded mailer.

What to put in the bottle? whatever will fit - paper, beads, photos, ribbon etc - be creative, but make sure it is based on your parner's profile.

You can always cut a slit into the bottle, peel it back and then fill. Then simply tape the slit shut before mailing.

How will you decorate your bottle? The fun of this is only limited by your imagination.
