Description:

The benefits of practicing gratitude are nearly endless. People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they're thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems.

For this swap, you will create a list of 3 to 5 things you are grateful for each day for one week, from February 19 to February 25, 2017. This can be a simple list or you can write a short sentence about why you are grateful for this thing.

You will send this list to your partner along with a note, with a few sentences about how you felt doing this and any benefits you noticed as well as any plans you have for continuing this practice or not continuing it. By February 28, mail your list and notes to your partner.
