AMOPWB: Discworld CNY equivalence

What do the Chinese in Discworld (in or out of the Aurient) do for Chinese New Year(CNY)? How many human races are recognized there? What is the equivalent social construct? What zodiac might they use?

Make a card, share a special recipe full of round(?) orange(?) things to represent coins and riches -or- the equivalent of “long life noodles” to be eaten in one piece without breaking -or- sone other custom, or sone equivalent mailart. Is it the Year of the Dog for them also? (In roundworld Feb.16, 2018 starts the year of the dog.) If so, is it a 3 headed-dog or a fu-dog, or?
