I really don’t think encouraging excess alcohol intake is a wise thing. Even if ‘tipsy’ is all that’s required, Drunk is in the title. Being drunk is a health hazard in many ways, long term and short.

^ Then don't join. Being "drunk" (which is subjective and not required) and painting is your own space on your own time is hardly a health hazard.
