Quick sign up and turn around time. Grab two or three (sender's choice) decos in any theme or no theme and send them off to your partner. Be sure the decos are ones your partner has not already worked in or passed. That's it. Let's keep those decos moving! I'll angel if necessary after rating a 1, but I doubt it will be necessary.
