USAPC- Background Techniques

Let's try some background techniques for cards. Ever try Bokeh before? It is easy and fun to do!

I have used cotton balls to move around the inks and a home made template of circles for the white ink. Very pretty when finished and no two are alike:) Add a stamped design or saying when your background is completed.

Make one card for one partner - leave it blank on the inside for your partner to use later. Include an envie too.
