Description:

Random Acts of Kindness Week is February 9-15, 2009.

In this swap, you will perform some kind of random act of kindness. You will then write your partner a letter telling them what that act was. It's easy enough to do, with minimal postage, so this is an international swap.

A random act of kindness is anything you can do to make someone else's moment/day/life better, whether you know the person or not. It could be picking up the litter on the street. It could be giving a homeless man a meal. It could be paying for someone's parking at the meter.

Feel free to write other acts you have done in the past, or what you think about the whole RAOK movement. Pay it Forward!

This is wonderful! I am, at the moment, enough of a newbie that I can't be signed up for more than five swaps at a time so I am going to wait until the deadline to sign up, but I am definitely "in"! What a great theme, thank you for leading this swap.

What a fantastic idea. A wonderful reminder to all to get out there and be kind...just for the heck of it. :-)
