Flip Tag

For this swap we will be required to create a flip tag with a minimum of five (5) tags....these can be whatever shape and size that the sender desires. These will be totally senders choice so feel free to let your creative juices flow throughout your creation The flip tag must be bound together with a metal ring binder you'll decorate as well with hanging elements like fibers, ribbons, fabric tassle or a charm.
