Put a surprise on! Next month is valentine's day but not all of us like valentine's day (I do) so I thought to put a surprise on and in it! :-) What to do: Check your partners page and decorate the envelope with something (or more things) your partner likes! Create an adorable envelope with papers, stickers, papercuts, old stamps, letters, handlettering, drawings... there are endless creative ways to make an unique envelope Filling: Fill it with min. 5 items of the like list of your partner Rules: don't forget a little nice note in your swap and rate your partners! Items must be sent on time, if for any reason it is going to be late, send a message to your partner. Who can join? You must have a 4.99 or better to join. This is an international swap, so expect to receive/send swaps from/to all over the world that will be a bit longer to travel! Have fun with your surprise creation, love Jill

Does this have to be a package or can it be a regular envelope with flat goodies? International shipping can be pricey here in America.
