Description:
This swap will be for new or established decos, you will send 4-6 decos to 1 partner. As with any deco swap, make sure the deco isn't made for or by your partner and that your partner has not signed or passed on the deco. No one wants to pay postage to move a deco that they have previously signed or passed on. 2 last signers are allowed in this swap, only 1 of the 2 last signers can be international. If you send last signers, you must have participated in the deco and not have passed on it.
