Description:
Hi swappers! Let's do a VERY simple swap for Day 36 and make washi tape feathers. The simple tutorial can be found HERE and we'll be creating 3 feathers for our partners. Let's shoot for a length between 4" and 6" (without the length of quill at the bottom). Since there's no explanation of what Stephanie uses as her quill, use wire or something else thin and sturdy. I thought wire with a curled end at the bottom would be beautiful. Widths will vary depending upon the width of the washi tapes you use. Enjoy creating with the tapes you have on hand. Let's feather our craft nests together!

The video has the description below it "How to make feathers using washi tape and string!" She uses string for the quill. :)

String! OK....use string if you like or something less 'noodley' ;+) like wire. Thanks for catching what I missed!
