Yes, it's true. The blues have set in after the holidays! So I thought that making a card with any shade of blue might be appropriate and lift my spirits! :-) I really do love the color blue! So one card for one partner, and please include an envelope for your partner to use. Please leave the inside of the card blank. I hope none of you have the blues, but I do hope you'll be able to join in my swap! Have fun creating.
